Electric scooters other than the LOCO Motion Pro (which is fully waterproof) are supplied by the manufacturers as IP54 or light splash-proof and not fully waterproof. As such, the limited product warranty does not cover any potential water damage. At LOCO we offer an additional warranty cover for water damage for as little as €69, and we strongly recommend that you add this when purchasing an electric scooter. This gives you the peace of mind that if you ever end up with water damage to your scooter, any potentially expensive repairs will be free. Without this water damage cover, any water damage will render the entire product warranty void.

If you need us to assemble your new scooter for you, please contact us in advance of purchase and we will let you know the assembly fee for the model you are purchasing. Only scooters picked up from us in store, or delivered in the Dublin area can be assembled by us. For scooters shipping to the rest of Ireland, the UK or EU, these are in their original packaging and must be assembled by the user.
